When stress overwhelms capacity to cope, it commonly leaves an imprint on us that we need to work to digest. I love supporting people to become present in their lives, to learn from adversity, and to come out stronger. I work a lot with trauma, addiction, emotional dysregulation, grief/loss, life transitions and relationship issues. No one single approach works for everyone so I have training in various modalities including EMDR, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, prolonged exposure, and CBT.
