The Highs and Lows of Parenthood with Dr. Ann-Louise Lockhart
Parenting is one of the most difficult yet rewarding jobs in the world. While raising children to be the best versions of themselves is exciting and fulfilling, the hours spent worrying about their wellbeing and their future can take a huge toll. This is why it’s important to understand your children as best as possible, so you can spend more time feeling confident about how to guide them, and less time feeling stressed.
In this webinar, Dr. Ann-Louise Lockhart will join us to discuss the highs and lows of parenthood and how to help your children thrive.

• What to do if they you are struggling to find balance between your career and your children
• What are the unique challenges and / or benefits of being a single parent?
• How you can best support parents whose home/family life stresses are starting to impact their quality of work as an HR manager
• How to tell when you should seek professional help for your child’s mental health
• How we can teach our children to be more resilient
• Some tried and true parenting techniques to better understanding your children, and more.
We’re hosting this webinar just after Mother’s Day in New Zealand, so we can spend the week celebrating the unwavering hard work unconditional love that mum’s put into caring for their children. It can be hard to navigate this essential labour, especially on top of working, so it’s important that parents have the support and advice they need to be able to approach their parenting style with confidence.
