Ride the Wave FAQs for HR

Ride the Wave FAQs for HR

What are the dates of the challenge?

Start: 10 June
End: 21 July

What is this challenge?

Surf the highs and lows of each day with ease in Clearhead’s new Mood Journal Challenge! We're flipping the script on your emotions, encouraging you to embrace your mood *(and not just during the good times).* Really **acknowledging your feelings** is important, because whether you’re feeling confident, anxious, chill, frustrated, sad, or energetic, your gut is passing on key messages to you that teach you how events in your day-to-day life impact your overall wellbeing.

In this interactive challenge, each week you’ll be asked to:

  1. Log your mood.
  2. Submit a song that represents our “Emotion of the week” to add to a communal playlist. It might be hard to describe how you feel, but the perfect song can sum it all up! 🎧
  3. Complete one of our brand new learning modules in partnership with Dr. Suzy Green and The Positivity Institute.

By tracking your mood, you’re not only taking the time to check in with your feelings - but creating the opportunity to explore how the tiniest parts of your day can shape your whole attitude. Exploring how you feel helps you to unlock truths about yourself and your everyday surroundings, so you can learn how to make good mental health a habit.

Cowabunga! 🏄‍♂️

How do you take part?

All you have to do is log into Clearhead on June 10th, complete a single task and you're in the draw. Keep completing challenges (3 a week for 6 weeks) and you'll gain more points which means more entries into the draw!

We only just signed up to Clearhead can we still take part?

Of course! Ride the Wave is open to all of our EAP clients across New Zealand and Australia. It is not available for our public users.
