Women in Mental Health: Clearhead and The Positivity Institute Partnership

Dr. Angela Lim, CEO and Co-Founder of Clearhead, has teamed up with Dr. Suzy Green, Founder of The Positivity Institute, to help accessible and informative wellbeing support be delivered to those who are looking for a dose of digital wisdom.

We are excited to announce that The Positivity Institute has collaborated with us to share their POTENTIAL + series with Clearhead exclusively - which means all new and existing clients now have access to this evidence-based educational content on our platform.

This partnership is a match made in heaven, as Dr. Suzy Green is trained as a clinical psychologist, and her passion for helping people to tackle life’s problems with optimism, resilience, and empathy is her true superpower.

The online course has been added to Clearhead’s Wellbeing Library and is designed to help people unpack their mood, mindset, and motivations. The topics covered include “Flourishing or Languishing,” “Mood Boosting Strategies,” “The Power of Intrinsic Motivation,” “Why Mindfulness Matters,” and many more tools and techniques that individuals can use to help improve their outlook and wellbeing.

To put this content to good use, we have also incorporated the POTENTIAL + series into our "Ride the Wave" Wellbeing Challenge. Each week, running from 10th of June to the 21st of July, our clients will be given 3 quick and easy challenges to do on our app that are designed to improve their wellbeing, including engaging with the POTENTIAL + video series and picking up on some good life lessons. The goal of the competition is to learn how to reflect and feel all of your emotions, whether they’re good, bad, or somewhere in-between.

On top of this, Suzy Green has joined Clearhead for our HR Wellbeing Workshops in Sydney and Melbourne, and an upcoming one in Brisbane. At these events, Angela discussed the importance of psychological risk management and how HR can create safe environments for their team, and Suzy gave a very compelling presentation on how to thrive at work and the “Role of Wellbeing and Performance Science” as an integrated approach to workplace mental health.

Suzy has also worked with us to film an episode for our Clear the Air Webinar Series, entitled “Staying Positive in the Face of Adversity and Uncertainty.” In this session, we highlighted the importance of resilience and hope during difficult times.

We are grateful for the opportunities that this partnership has provided to empower people to talk charge of their mental health and find tools and resources that are approachable and accessible from home, so individuals can kickstart their wellbeing journeys with reliable and helpful support.

Clearhead looks forward to continuing to collaborate with Dr. Suzy Green and The Positivity Institute in the mental health space.
