Ashlee Sturme is a PREKURE-certified Master Holistic Health Coach who adopts a creative holistic approach to her clients - with fun! She loves how health coaching works to improve confidence and wellbeing skills in clients, empowers them to live their best lives, and become their own advocates for health/life success. Our wellbeing is interwoven with all strands of our lives and feeling stuck, unmotivated, burnt-out or unbalanced impacts mental health and wellbeing. Ashlee enjoys moving her clients from stuck to vibrant, through exploring purpose, values, passions, motivations and setting goals to find solutions, enthusiasm and balance for a valued-led authentic life. Ashlee is particularly passionate about individualised approaches to education that encompasses whole-person wellbeing , and specializes in the education/family intersect of wellbeing in Aotearoa, facilitating better mental health and academic outcomes for our communities, neurodiverse families and school leaders. Nutrition, neurodiversity awareness, classroom culture, routines, home/life balance, stress management, sleep, social media, self-confidence, resilience tools, values, trauma informed approaches, communication, advocacy and so much more can be tweaked for happier, calmer home/school lives. Ashlee is of Māori/Dutch heritage, and a certified Master Health Coach, a Professional member of the Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association (HCANZA), holds an Advanced Certificate of Mental Health, Certificate in Nutritional Science, Health Coach Certificate, Poupou Whakapiki Mauri (Certificate in Physical Wellbeing), Master of Creative Writing, certificates in te reo Māori and other qualifications. She chats to other coaches about their niches on her Uplifted! Podcast, advocates for whanau in schools, is a published writer, runs a disability support group, manages a forest school and is a mama and wife. She loves all flowers and the beach, and enjoys writing and watching sunsets turn to stars.
