Hello, I'm Bethany. I enjoy helping others and feel honoured to be part of a client's journey towards healing, freedom and becoming a more authentic and healthier version of themselves. My counselling background is varied, supporting clients through difficulties such as drug and alcohol abuse, trauma, stress and anxiety, depression and relationship struggles. My skills and nature allow me to connect and build a strong therapeutic relationship so i can help my clients find a way forward. I've worked with children, teens and adults and have worked with clients individually as well as couples and families. I live on the Kapiti Coast with my husband and 3 children. I'm originally from the US, Florida and enjoy the outdoors, traveling and family time.
