37 yrs as a tradie, has taught me authenticity, relatability, integrity and honesty as being foundational in life. Born in the upper South Island I have a love for the Marlborough Sounds and Golden bays. I am happily married (32+yrs) with two awesome adult children and more recently a lovely daughter inlaw. Since 2001 i have had an interest in Counselling running several mens groups, eventually leading toward a Bachelor of Counselling. Currently i am in my th year working part time for Grief Support in Grief, Loss, trauma, and suicide ideation. I also run a small private practice called Stuff Happenz Counselling Support, in which I have the honoured priviledge of providing a safe confidential space supporting clients in what can often be a very vulnerable and difficult time.
