Specialised support for
Anxiety, Cross-cultural Issues, Depression, Parenting, Trauma

你好!Hello, I'm Erin, a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience working with individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds. I am passionate about helping people understand that their past, including childhood trauma, does not define them. I provide a compassionate space for healing and growth. I look forward to embarking on a journey to empower you to overcome adversity, heal, and move forward with confidence and resilience. I have worked in a variety of settings including disability services, Department of Corrections, NGO, and education. I have worked with children, youth, adults, men and women with offending backgrounds, immigrants and refugees. I have volunteered in community projects, running community groups for neurodiverse children, and supporting other volunteers. I am a certified circle of security facilitator, and love working with mums and babies. In my private work, I specialise in working with the Asian community and can provide cultural supervision for other clinicians working with Asian people. I am fluent in Mandarin and English. I use evidence-based practice and a variety of therapy modalities including functional analysis, behaviour therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and schema therapy.
