Tēnā koe, I am an Occupational Therapist (OT) by background. OT’s are trained under the ethos that the more freedom we have to participate in the activities we find meaningful, the better life will be. I chose to specialise in mental health, chronic pain and behaviour change from the get go. I am trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), life keepers (suicide prevention), trauma informed care, rainbow inclusion in healthcare, yoga and mindfulness facilitation and more.
