Specialised support for
Abuse, Anxiety, Depression

Do you want a safe, non-judgemental space to talk? I am available face to face and online. Give me a call today and together we can make sense of your lived experiences; moving from a place of overwhelm to a place of hope. I offer a safe space where you will be seen, you will be heard, and you will feel aroha. It is an honour to hear your story and through care, respect and a trusted relationship I hope to earn the right to hear it. Making the first step forward and reaching out for support is really brave. My counselling approach is supportive, calm and collaborative.
