Warm Greetings, If you're here after making an ACC Sensitive Claim, or you're carrying something heavy that talk alone hasn't touched — I want you to know this can be a place where your nervous system gets to slow down before anything else happens. I'm a registered Creative Arts Therapist and ACC Sensitive Claims provider, with a first-class Master's in Clinical Arts Therapy. My approach blends talk therapy with body-based awareness, symbol, image, and story — because some things are easier to show than to say, and healing isn't only a cognitive process. Where it's useful, we also look forward: what you're moving toward, not just what you're recovering from. I move at your pace, not a clock's. I'm warm and direct in equal measure — I won't perform neutrality, and I won't rush you past something that needs time. My practice is neurodivergent-informed — as a neurodivergent artist myself, I understand how much energy can go into masking, and I won't ask that of you here. We'll work with how your mind and body actually move, not a template of how therapy is supposed to look. I trained across Creative Arts Therapy, IFS, Nonviolent Communication, storytelling /narrative approaches, and Trauma-informed practice, Kaupapa Maori approaches.
