Hi there, I am a Clinical Psychologist who has been practising since 2011 and has worked in the public mental health sector for over ten years. I currently offer short-term ClearHead sessions to individuals 18+ who present with various mental health struggles. I aim to support people in a collaborative, compassionate way to navigate current challenges. I believe it is vital that people feel heard, safe, and respected in this process. I can meet individuals at my office in Riccarton or via telehealth.
