In our sessions together we will create a safe space to explore new ways to navigate challenges, enhance and develop your personal strengths and find strategies for you to achieve your therapy goals. I have a holistic approach and utilise a range of modalities including client centered practice, CBT and mindfulness. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Social Science, with a major in Counselling and I am a full member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC).
