Professional Member of NZAC with a Current Practicing certificate Bio and Counselling Style I have been in the health sector for over 15 years. My counselling style includes the mind, body and soul. I have Diplomas in Nutritional Health, Natural Medicine (Ayurveda), Yoga Therapy, Personal Training, and Counselling which I have 8 years specializing in all types of Domestic Abuse and Trauma. In life "stuff" happens - these events can bring about feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low confidence, grief, relationship issues and generally just trying to navigate our way around life. I have the skills and tools to help you navigate your way on and through your healing journey. No matter what you are going through you should never feel unheard, nothing in life should be categorized as tooo Small or tooo Big your life is yours, your experiences are yours! My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and to walk alongside you in moving forward to where you want to be in your life.
