My work with clients has come about from a diverse cultural background, within a client centred, integrative and solution focused approach to address communication, emotion regulation and behavioural issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, drug, and alcohol use, relationship issues as well as those living with domestic violence and cancer survivors from stages such as diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, palliative, death and bereavement. I work extensively with women and men experiencing violence and trauma through Victims Services NSW & ACT, Corrective Services NSW & Relationships Australia who have been faced with loss of home and identity, loss of stability in life, children and adults in family breakdowns, survivors and perpetrators of violence and those impacted by the effects of the justice system. For better understanding of yourself and to gain in depth clarity and control of your life, I am able to offer support in a structured and meaningful way where outcomes are tailored to your outcomes/success. Educational programs ( via Zoom Video Conferencing / minimum 4 X people): 1. Managing Anger (6 sessions in duration /2hrs per week) 2. Freedom Program for Women -be free from Domestic Violence (6 session program that deals with the impact of domestic violence on women /2hrs per week) 3. Couples Communication ( 6 sessions /2hrs per week for couples to help you rebuild your communication framework
