We have all been in situations that we wish were different. We want someone who listens respectfully, to support and encourage us to get through this situation stronger and to be proud of who we are. It can be reassuring to work with a professional therapist to help clarify our thoughts, who will provide tools to manage concerns and assist in putting a life plan in to action. Having a restful night's sleep is blissful. I work with clients to manage anxious thoughts that can affect a good night's rest. Anxious thoughts permeate through so many areas of our life including our self-esteem. My hope is that our work together makes my client feel accepted and empowered to live the life they choose for themselves. I believe that hope is important in our everyday lives and gives us the strength to look towards a better outcome. My counselling sessions are a combination of tears, laughter and learning. You are not alone and you do not have to go through this on your own. We all need a helping hand sometimes to get us through a difficult time.
