Hello there, my name is Paul. I have been a Counsellor in (EAP) Employee Assistance Program for the last 5 years doing phone consultations and on-site Critical Incidents. I have a diverse background with experience of over 30 years in Mining, Construction and Local Government. I have been a Counsellor for 7 years, I also work in the (NDIS) National Disability Industry Scheme working with a range of clients with disabilities over the last 7 years.
